Allen E. Krage, 79, lifelong resident of Addison. Beloved husband of Betty nee Van Boven for 61 years. Loving father of Michael (Carla) Krage, Patricia (the late Dion) Perez, Mary Krage (Kurt Nelson), Kenneth (Phyllis) and Jeffrey (Lillian) Krage. Dearest grandfather of Mike, Mark, Erica, Victoria, Jason, Melissa, Josh, Dion, Megan, Kyle and Alix. Great grandfather of Ty and Lexi. Allen was a retired machinist with Western Slate Company in Elmhurst and a longtime Addison volunteer fireman with a passion for woodworking. Funeral Service Thursday, September 6, 2012 10:30 AM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53). Interment St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday, September 5, 2012 3-9 PM.
