Ann Ciolkowski, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 28. Beloved wife of Richard for 63 years. Loving mom of Sandy, Linda (Jim) Biewer, and Debra (Ed) Pabich. Outstanding grandma to Kim, the late David, Jim, Jeff, Tracy, Amy and Mike. Great grandmother to 12. Lying in state Wednesday from 10 AM until time of Funeral Mass, 11 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment Queen of Heaven. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph Church, 330 W. Fullerton Ave, Addison, IL 60101 greatly appreciated.
