Arlene Lucille Miller

Arlene Lucille Miller formerly of Elmhurst and Addison Arlene Lucille Miller (nee Schmidt), 78, of Wichita, Kan., was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Jack Haltmeyer; and her former husband, Ronald G Miller Sr. She was the loving mother of Connie LaRue, Ronald G. Jr. (Lisa) and Stan (Dawn) Miller; dearest grandmother of Evan, Aimee, Brandi and Deric, and great-grandmother of 10; and dear sister of Phyllis Niezabitowski and the late Vernon Schmidt. Arlene was retired from Hako Minuteman in Addison, active in Jerseypine Cruisers for many years and enjoyed snowmobiling with her companion Jack in Northern Wisconsin and loved her cats. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m., at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W Lake St., Addison (two miles east of Route 53, two miles west of Route 83).
