Charles W. “Chuck” Schlicher, 76 of Grayslake. Beloved husband of the late Shirley. Loving father of James (Michelle) Schlicher and Kim (Joe) Cassidy. Cherished Papa of Taylor, Ryan, Justin, Austin, Nick, Brenden and Troy. Visitation Thursday August 23rd, 2018 3-9pm at Humes Funeral Home 320 W. Lake St. Addison (2MI W of Rt 83, 2MI E of Rt 53). Chuck was a retired chief after 30 years with the Addison Fire District, service as village trustee from 1987-1991. Also served on the district 88 School Board from 1991-1995.  He was a member of the Addison Kiwanis and served as a pension trustee at the Addison fire district.
