Donna Marie Simon, 55 of Carol Stream. Beloved daughter of the late William and the late Gertrude. Loving niece of Mary Michalak and Thomas (Dorothy) Simon. Also survived by many cousins and dear friends. Funeral Mass held Saturday September 8, 11 AM at St. Luke Catholic Church, 421 Cochise Ct, Carol Stream, IL. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090 greatly appreciated.
