Joseph J. Kujawa Jr., 95 of Addison. Beloved husband of the late Gladys. Loving father of Patricia Tancrede, Kenneth (Pam) Kujawa, LeAnn (Kenneth) Pescetto and the late Jean Marie Johnson. Dearest grandfather of Armand, Christopher, Jason, Brandon, Aaron, Michelle, Zachary, Caleb and Ariana. Great grandfather of 4. Fond brother of Dolores Barach, Lucille (Don) Burcham and the late Ethel Hunoway, Richard and Theodore Kujawa.

Joe was a charter and life member and past Commander of the American Legion, Dwight D. Eisenhower Post #1969, Addison. Life member of VFW Post #7446, Addison. Chairperson of Village of Addison, Senior Citizen Commission. Retiree of GTW and Addison Park District. Chairperson of S.A.L.T. Counsel (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together), Treasurer of C.O.P (Citizen on Patrol), Volunteer for the Addison Police Department, member and past officer of the Addison Park District Seniors Club and member of the Addison Township A.A.R.P. Club. Joe was also a former Eucharistic Minister at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Addison.

Memorial Visitation Saturday, November 24, 2018 12 – 4 PM, Memorial Service at 3 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53). Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Addison Seniors Club or Ronald McDonald House are greatly appreciated.
