Michael J. Smith, Sr., 74 of Addison. Beloved husband of Mercedes nee Diaz. Loving father of Gina Smith and Michael Smith, Jr. Dearest brother of Thomas (Debra) Keegan), Kathleen (the late Roy) Schnur, Maureen (the late Ronald) Engelbreit, Mark (Cheryl) Smith and the late William Smith. Beloved son of the late Edward and the late Jean Smith. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, Feb. 2^nd from 3-7 PM with a service at 6 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53) Interment services will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society greatly appreciated.
