Nancy T. Martinez nee Kapka, 76 of Addison. Beloved wife of the late Robert “Marty” Martinez. Loving mother of Michael (Kristin) Martinez, Nicole Martinez, Kristen (Sean) Noonan. Loving grandmother of Morgan (Harrison) Kearby, Lauren Noonan, Nathan Martinez, Caroline Noonan, Kevin Noonan and Mateo Hernandez. Dearest sister of Alan (Sharon) Kapka. Also survived by many close friends and relatives.

Funeral Service Monday, 9:15 AM from Humes Funeral Home, 320 W Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53) to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 330 E. Fullerton Ave., Addison for mass at 10 AM. Visitation Sunday, 4-8 PM at Humes Funeral Home. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
