William R. Tait, Jr., 94 of Addison. Beloved husband of Leah nee Fern.  Loving father of Patrick (Wendy) Tait, Ellen (Rick) Romani, David Tait, Chris (Fred) Liechti and the late Leah (Mat) McFadden.  Cherished grandfather of Becky, Kirsten, Tim, Brad, Jesse, Christine, Eric, Lori, Danny, Jenny, Jeff, Patricia, and Bill. Great grandpa of Dalton, Brittany, Garrett, Lily, and Juniper. Dear brother of the late James Stuart (the late Barbara) Tait. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Memorial Visitation with Military Honors on Friday, July 29, 2022, from 9AM to Noon, with a Memorial Service at 11 AM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53).  Interment private. In lieu of flowers donated to the Gary Sinise Foundation or Wounded Warriors Family Support greatly appreciated.
