John W Humes, Jr. is a former Commissioner for the Addison Fire Protection District, a member of the Americans of Italian Descent, past President of the DuPage County Funeral Directors Association and a former member of the Addison Rotary Club. John W. "Chip" Humes, III is a Past President of the Illinois Funeral Directors Association, Past President of the Addison Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Past President of the DuPage County Funeral Directors Association, Past Treasurer of the Adventist GlenOaks Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, member of the Addison Historical Commission, 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, and proud graduate of Driscoll Catholic High School, and Worsham College.
